Shipping will be calculated based on your zip code during checkout.  All orders received before 4:00 pm will be processed the same day as received and will be shipped within (2) working days.  Once shipped an email with tracking information will be provided.

International Shipping

By selecting this shipping method, you are abiding by the following restrictions on your packaging. Should your shipment fail to meet these requirements, it may be subject to delays and surcharges.

• Maximum box weight cannot exceed 20 lbs.
• Your product must fit in these box dimensions:  13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375"   or  11" X 8.5" X 5.5".
• The shape of the box or envelope may not be altered to fit its contents.

Please Note: This shipping option is being offered to you based upon the weight and size of the product you are ordering. If you are unsure, please send us an inquiry email stating:

• Quantities and Item Numbers of exactly what you are interested in ordering.
• The country that we will be shipping to.
• The postal code, state, province that we will be shipping to.

Please note that Poker Discount will not be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged when shipping international (Outside of the USA).

If any issues are encountered with our product line within 30 days, please contact us via email and a return will be arranged.

There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product:

• Closeout items are unable to be returned
• Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned
• If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned
• We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or Kem cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded
• If you receive a defective item it can be refunded or exchanged for a similar product of equal or lesser value
• If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. (no shipping shall be refunded unless product was shipped incorrectly or was defective)
