Shipping
Most people do not realize (I didn't either) that the weight of poker chips is very high and shipping these chips can cost more than you though it would. Our shipping charges come straight from UPS to the shopping cart so they should be very close to actual UPS charges. If you feel there is an issue with the shipping fees that are being shown in the cart please email us or call us toll free before placing the order.
Shipping charges will be calculated based on your zip code during checkout. All orders received before 3:00 pm will be processed the same day as received (excluding weekends) and will be shipped within (2) working days (this does not include custom orders). Once shipped an email with tracking information will be provided.
Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We had to discontinue shipping to military addresses due to many issues that were encountered. We support out troops to the fullest and and can only suggest that you have your order shipped to yourself then bring it to the post office to be shipped to the military address (they wil also give you a discount). If you provide a scan of the post office receipt within 14 days of your order date we will refund you $10.00 toward your shipping cost. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Returns
If any issues are encountered with our product line a return must be arranged with us and return item received back to us within 14 days. Please contact us via email and return instructions will be provided.
There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product:
- Closeout items are unable to be returned
- Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned
- Table cloth / felt cannot be returned
- If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned
- We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or Kem cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded
- If you receive a defective item it can be refunded or exchanged for a similar product of equal or lesser value
- If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY. However we will gladly refund returned shipping on a defective or incorrectly shipped item that you are wanting an exchange on.
Cancellations
- Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled without prior authorization from Poker Discount Dot Net.
- All cancellations MUST be requested within 8 hours of placing the order. If an order is already in the sytem, it is very hard to stop it from shipping.
- If cancellation is requested and order is already picked/packed, there will be a 7% handling fee imposed.
- If cancellation is requested and your order has already been shipped: Once we receive the order back and it is verified, customer will be refunded less shipping charges and a 15% restocking/handling fee.
Any exception to the above stated conditions will have to be approved by Poker Discount Dot Net management.
